Kenanga Investors Berhad’s won the Best Performing Equity Malaysia Fund for the 5-year and 10-year categories at the prestigious Lipper Malaysia Fund Awards 2015

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 MARCH 2015 – Kenanga Investors Berhad’s (Kenanga Investors), Kenanga Growth Fund won the Best Performing Equity Malaysia Fund for the 5-year and 10-year categories at the prestigious Lipper Malaysia Fund Awards 2015. This is the third consecutive year that Kenanga Growth Fund has been recognised for its performance specifically for the 5-year category. Datuk Chay Wai Leong, Group Managing Director of K & N Kenanga Holdings Berhad (“Kenanga Group”) was pleased with Kenanga Investors’ positive start to the year. “Kenanga Growth Fund delivered total return of 148.95%* (5 years) and 324.83%* (10 years) as at end 2014. This was largely due to Kenanga Investors’ investing philosophy, research efforts and bottom-up stock picking approach. These wins also demonstrate the Fund Management team’s commitment to deliver not only impressive returns but consistent investment performance for our clients, year on year.
