Kenanga Investors Berhad’s won the Best Performing Equity Malaysia Fund for the 5-year and 10-year categories at the prestigious Lipper Malaysia Fund Awards 2015

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 MARCH 2015 – Kenanga Investors Berhad’s (Kenanga Investors), Kenanga Growth Fund won the Best Performing Equity Malaysia Fund for the 5-year and 10-year categories at the prestigious Lipper Malaysia Fund Awards 2015. This is the third consecutive year that Kenanga Growth Fund has been recognised for its performance specifically for the 5-year category. Datuk Chay Wai Leong, Group Managing Director of K & N Kenanga Holdings Berhad (“Kenanga Group”) was pleased with Kenanga Investors’ positive start to the year. “Kenanga Growth Fund delivered total return of 148.95%* (5 years) and 324.83%* (10 years) as at end 2014. This was largely due to Kenanga Investors’ investing philosophy, research efforts and bottom-up stock picking approach. These wins also demonstrate the Fund Management team’s commitment to deliver not only impressive returns but consistent investment performance for our clients, year on year. KENANGA INVESTORS WINS BEST PERFORMING EQUITY MALAYSIA FUND AGAIN

KUALA LUMPUR, 19 FEBRUARY 2014 – Kenanga Investors Berhad’s (“KIB”), Kenanga Growth Fund and Kenanga Syariah Growth Fund won the Best Performing Equity Malaysia Fund title at the prestigious Lipper Malaysia Fund Award 2014 for the year ended 31 December 2013.

Its Kenanga Growth Fund won the Best Equity Malaysia Fund for 3 and 5 years while the Kenanga Syariah Growth Fund won the Best Equity Malaysia Diversified for 10 years.

KIB, a wholly­owned subsidiary of K & N Kenanga Holdings Berhad via Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, returns to The Edge­Lipper Malaysia Fund Awards, sweeping all three categories for 3, 5 and 10 years in the Equity Malaysia segment.

 

The Kenanga Growth Fund, for the period ending December 31, 2012, recorded a performance return of 82.34%, 82.97% and 321.76%) for the 3­year, 5­year and 10­year respectively versus the industry average of 35.56%, 27.17% and 164.71%) respectivelv.

tiga tahun, lima tahun dan 10 tahun dalam segmen Ekuiti Malaysia di majlis

Kenanga Growth Fund, bagi tempoh yang berakhir pada 31 Dis, 2012,

mencatatkan pulangan prestasi 82.34 peratus, 82.97 peratus dan 321.76 peratus

masing-masing bagi tempoh tiga tahun, lima tahun dan 10 tahun berbanding purata

industri pada 35.56 peratus, 27.17 peratus dan 164.71 peratus.
